Can I get a quote first?
Yes, we are happy to provide a quote on request.
We charge € 40 incl. VAT for this and transport costs where applicable, to be paid only if you wish to have your item returned to you unrepaired.
This fee is not charged when the repair is carried out following the quote.
How long does it take to carry out the repair?
This may vary considerably but we aim to carry out repairs within +/- 10 calendar days.
Exceptions are possible, for example, due to late delivery of parts from the various warehouses.
Do you repair other brands?
Yes, we also carry out repairs for other brands but only out of warranty repairs.
For example: Yamaha, Philips, Rodec, Kenwood, Pioneer, Onkyo, Hardan Kardon, Samsung, Sanyo, Marshall, Fender, Vincent, Mackie ...

In case of under warranty repairs, however, we obviously only carry out repairs for the brands listed on this page.
We have an agreement with these brands which allows us to provide the prefect service under their approving eye, with their support and product-oriented training. For this reason, we are also certified by these brands..
Do you carry out in-home repairs?
No. Today’s electronics require such specific repair equipment and are becoming ever more complex, which is why they are best repaired at the Service Center. Here, we have everything we need to carry out the repair as professionally and quickly as possible.
Can I send my items or have them collected?
Yes, we work closely together with a number of reliable carrier companies.
Please register the faulty item on our website. We will then arrange for the item to be collected as soon as possible.
Make sure that the item is properly packaged and please check out the most important points to pay attention to HERE.
We cannot be held liable for transport damage resulting from bad packaging.
Transport costs will be added to the repair bill.
Can I buy parts from you?
Yes, you can buy parts and standard accessories from us.
Please only request these via e-mail, preferably by including the correct code or order number as this saves us considerable time having to look these up.
If you don’t have these details, please describe the type of item as clearly as possible. That way, we can serve you even more quickly.
